Pros

Very positive work environment, perks for employees and all welfare activities are wonderful.

Cons

Too many changes, seems like the company lost it's way, was too unstable and confusing.

Pros

- If you like a challenge, this is the place for you. The past year has been a roller coaster but those that persist have come through it stronger and smarter. - Lots of opportunity to contribute in a really meaningful way - Many many smart people who come in every day, work hard and do the right thing - Clear, yet aspirational strategy - Results-oriented leadership with laser focus on what’s real and what matters. - Benefits on par with what other companies are offering. - Flexible hours. - Good culture - Company recognizes operational challenges and is taking steps to correct them (not as quickly as needed)

Cons

- Not all employees are open to change (some still cling to past) - Memories of past layoffs make people anxious - Work life balance is tough at times - Some policies, processes and tools are antiquated (what worked for a small company won't work for us now - they are changing but slowly). - Career development and career paths need work - Building out customer-centric muscles - Very easy to become disconnected if you are remote.

Advice to Management

- Have to crack the code on being global - Create a culture of inclusion for remote employees - it’s very easy to become disconnected. - Diversity needs work. - Address or reply to some of these reviews. While people are entitled to their opinions, they are speaking with emotion not based on facts

Pros

The salary is the average, good benefits, excellent facilities, and equipment, and there are always reasons for small celebrations and snacks. It can work well as a boost for your CV.

Cons

Old mentality, very poor leadership, changing every two years, used as a trampolin for better companies. Huge churn of employees and intellectual capital, very sad.

Advice to Management

Replace those managers and leaders that regularly lose employees due to a lack of respect and unprofessionalism. People change bosses, not companies.

Pros

good work/life balance, good snacks, ok benefits

Cons

No support and clear direction from management, have no real awareness of what their team is supposed to accomplish, provide superficial instructions. When you actually go to them for support when you are doing the work, you realize they are ignorantly giving you instructions which will undo or work against the work that you are trying to accomplish. Some of them are promoted too young do not have enough emotional maturity to handle their own staff.

Advice to Management

Be cognizant of the wants and needs of your team, throw out incompetent and unworthy C level staff.
