What is paid time off like at Infosys?

Pros

Very good about getting you a client/project and keeping you there. Management is Always Pushing Learning New Technologies, and they compensate for certification costs Variety of projects and locations Benefits packages are solid

Cons

Below average compensation Slow, slow career growth A disregard for employees during pandemic. No PTO, No bonus, no performance based raises, lots of layoffs from clients Offshore assets could be better trained or more qualified

Advice to Management

Hire better offshore assets, increase your employee pay. It is well below national/regional average

Does Infosys offer relocation assistance?

Pros

relocation package if you choose company flat option but also this is dependent on how lucky you are with your flatmate

Cons

everything that you can think off, low salaries, polish "nested" steering committee, polish leadership (I was the only foreigner part of management in the account alongside 9 polish),is all about cost reduction(at EXTREME), useless facility, HR is there for sanctions not for support, facade bonus scheme, team leaders have no or very little decision power(improvements wise), 3000 Polish workers due to 220 foreigners, little learning possibilities (due to budget & lack of expertise), aged office furniture, impolite building security, HR recommendation bonus scams....

Advice to Management

keep in mind that 200 foreigners "feed" the 3000 polish employees.

Does Infosys offer dental insurance?

Pros

They offer industry standard competitive base salaries, new things to learn and grow. Lot of potential for driving the growth and can be part of growth and success story.

Cons

Poor benefits like 401 k, medical and dental benefits. Poor relocation, Per Diem and Travel expenses, it is sometimes a challenge to get reimbursement. We can't compare expense reimburse policies to top technology or services companies like Oracle, IBM, E&Y or Accenture etc. Poor staffing and long hours, life balance is an issue.

Advice to Management

Staff projects with right people at right time.

Poor benefits like 401 k, medical and dental benefits.
