I have been working at Infosys full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Good Place to learn technology and management

    Cons

There are lot of management loop holes that need to be covered. Many of the people in the management stream are not even fit for their roles.

    Advice to Management

Recruit Tech Experts from India and Management Experts from US. This will help the company to grow double the current speed. Open the new positions to every employee, so that they can go to their next role by applying for it and going through the interview process. Don't give promotions just based on years of experience and management recommendations. If possible, Demote current managers if they are not performing their current role duties and refill it with a performing employee.
