    Advice to Management

Giving a project is not a giving a life to a person. Giving a good leader will effect in a good start for beginners to see the future.

I worked at Infosys full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Lots of opportunities. Flexible work and training hours. Friendly kind managers who care about their employees

    Cons

Being on the bench was nerveracking as I had not been out of work since college and I was over 50. But it beats not being paid (unemployed). I used this time to improve my skills. Also in this situation it’s good to be open and flexible. So I was open to all kinds of IT work not just what I had been doing. Their pay is on the low side but as I said this was an entry into the SF market for me

    Advice to Management

Don’t over manage. IT is mostly educated pros who love to work hard. For most of them it’s not the money that counts since most employers are paying enough. It’s the culture.
