    Pros

    - Strong infrastructure and company background.
    - Good Benefits (pretty standard in market but better than many)
    - Long Term growth, reliability of employment.

    Cons

There is vast downfall in the company since I joined 10 years back, as markets have been moving in opposite directions for Infosys.
    - Slower US VISA processes progress
    - Less visibility to employees for future policy changes or company' directions.

    Advice to Management

Always, focus on how policy and management changes affect the business earning workers which get you revenue, and forget about other factors, your company will be at top among st competition.

I have been working at Infosys full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Feeling of Job security at lower Job level. With knowledge of multiple technologies you can get new opportunities within Infosys at different clients. Very Good Training and learning facilities.
Very good for women in India.

Growth and promotion is very slow. Competitive salary is low. Does not provide vacation travel expenses even if stayed at onsite for more than 2 years without going to home country.
