I have been working at Infosys full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great, thoughtful people. Two month on-boarding to teach you the basics of coding. Fun atmosphere. Ability to move to any of their locations in the world as long as you can find a project where your skills apply in your intended location. Generally relaxed atmosphere. Inclusive, in my experience.

    Cons

Hierarchical management structure. I wouldn't call this a con, but you do have to be proactive to get to where you want to go.
