What are perks and other benefits like at Intuit?

Intuit is an incredible company, with an amazing culture. As an employee, I feel highly appreciated and cared for. The benefits are amazing, the leadership is strong, and there are many perks, including beautiful campuses, free coffee bar, incredible employee events and opportunities for mobility and growth within the company.

Like most tech companies, the bar is high and pace is fast. Not necessarily a con, but you will need to be ready to work hard and pivot constantly.

Direct manager have the power to stop you from applying elsewhere within the company, revoking remote work capabilities, lack of assistance from any Sr leadership or HR around actual workplace issues.

Company has wonderful benefits for staff and offer flexibility in working hours. People are very friendly and are willing to help each other out.

Since I am working remotely, I have no opportunity to visit the office and mingle with other colleagues.

non-stop continuous learning can be overwhelming at times, constant change is sometimes hard to keep up with

Good benefits, flexible work shifts (you can't change it day by day, but you can work earlier or later)

lots of constant changes that don't make sense. They take employee surveys and don't listen to them. Don't care about attrition.

As most of the things are centralised, the work might not be engaging for some people

People with no coding or technical experience are hired as managers. Instead of them leading us, we end up explaining everything to them.
