      Pros

Good work from home options. They make great efforts in embracing new technologies and always willing to change. Some people are really great and you will feel the energy when you work with them. But, those guys won't stay long here due to various factors.

      Cons

Their product visions and road maps change so frequently. The teams contributions aren't really valued as the leadership doesn't mind scrapping the previous quarters work and start again. Basically, making the teams feel they are at the same point as they were a year ago. Too many long serving employees who take pride in questioning every solution and they hardly propose any. Strangely they don't ask these questions during Design phase :). Must be some strategy to prove they are still relevant and valuable. Most senior employees in the company have zero contribution to the progress. Another strange observation is that this is the company where they value the opinion of every external consultant and hardly listen to their in house experts. No wonder if you see a team where two people are actually delivering and 5 guys are guiding and managing them :). That's more talkers dumping their wisdom on a few taskers :). No clearly defined responsibilities. There is always a confusion in meetings on who works on a specific task. This would result in over working and burnout for the taskers; chill time for the talkers. So many unproductive meetings and everyone gets out of it by giving their expert opinions :), zero outcome though. Don't let those asking for the actual purpose/outcome of the meeting to speak up. Follow all modern development methodologies, agile, safe etc. But, didn't embrace them fully. They still bring their old methods into newer delivery models. Old style management and there are many micro managers who will set up a team for it's failure only. You don't really see good leaders in this place. Every one is a Boss or a Manager.

      Pros

A few teams still work from home, although most are working in hybrid.

      Cons

Work and work, no sanity. Bad behaviour from all managers. Work starts in the morning but ends at midnight. Managers never clarify deadlines but keep saying we need to complete work today. All data they give to clients are changed by hand as per wish. Ratings and hikes are below average even if someone works really hard.
