      Pros

I can't say enough about my exceptional experience at Kaseya. I joined Kaseya by way of the Datto acquisition. From day one I saw the commitment and passion Kaseya had regarding its employees and the attention to detail in helping employees grow and be successful. The executive team has a great vision and plan for the future of Kaseya. The team and resources are numerous as everyone has the same goal of being successful and helping Kaseya be the best IT company in the industry. Kaseya also strives on being customer centric, which goes along with my values in being an IT sales professional. Within my first six months of being a Kaseya employee, I was promoted to sales management. The opportunity for growth and advancement is bountiful as Kaseya likes to promote from within. The amazing growth and hiring have opened up opportunities for advancement for many. I absolutely recommend Kaseya to anyone who is looking for a career in IT, with endless growth opportunities and a winning culture. If you are passionate, motivated and want to be part of something awesome, then Kaseya is the place for you!

      Cons

I've been with Kaseya almost two years now and I must say, I have had an exceptional experience thus far. I can't say there are any real cons, the one thing I would point out is that Kaseya is one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry and being able to adapt and keep pace is essential. This is what makes Kaseya so exciting! Kaseya will give you the opportunity, but you must be willing to put in the effort, take on the challenges. and give 110%. You will definitely be rewarded along the way.

      Pros

Kaseya's hiring process is fast and efficient. Technical support positions offer opportunities for advancing general technical knowledge aside from just product knowledge in addition to obtaining troubleshooting experience.

      Cons

Below market compensation for Tier 2 and Tier 3 support positions. No employee benefits for advancing technical knowledge such as compensation for industry standard certifications or a learning platform.

      Pros

Thee-and-a-half years have gone by in a jiffy. Kaseya has been my engine for growth for the past 3.5 years. As one of the best professionally managed IT companies in the world, Kaseya has given me personal space, professional growth trajectory, and ample liberty to decide the direction of my career. With a leadership backed by experience and expertise, the company gives ample room for opinions to be heard and also to carve our personal growth story. For a performer, Kaseya is the best place to stay put and grow. With professional guidance and help, the performer can go places and climb the ladder naturally. Kaseya is a place where talent is nourished, performance is encouraged, and where growth is an organic process when these other factors are in place.

      Cons

During my experience with Kaseya, I have not found any cons so far.

      Chaotic environment

      Software engineer

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Above market salary, WFH 2 days/per week, pizza Wednesday's, open office.

      Cons

Very informal structure, sometimes you don't even know who you're suppose to report to (something makes me think this is by design). Constant production issues due to miscomm's with clients from Product team, with regular expected overtime (no formal time keeping system, you have to record and hope lead "remembers" to send off to accounting). Fraternity within sr. management and lead positions, many seem to have graduated from the same school and know each other. All of the leadership team in Krakow are on work visa's, and are not aware/trained on local employment legislation, customs, and market dynamics, which results in a lot of misaligned expectations. The HR department, if you can call it that, are a contracted accounting firm with a room on the same floor, which is very unusual (the've been in Poland for over 2 years with no formal hr staff), only staff are junior admins which are not very knowledgeable. Sporadic attrition is common, for various reasons; vague hiring processes, miscommunication between teams/peers, or for the mentioned above. This company needs improving in many areas. You will likely be offered an above market salary here,if you can put up with the CONSTANT change, then it may be the place for you.

      Cons

Asked about L&D support - got told not that kind of company During redundancy the direct manager didn't have the decency to stay on the call while HR went through the process. Micro management at it's finest and controlling. I tried to hire replacement for people that left, after submitting 3 times, chasing the approves on many occasions, the roles were declined due to exceeded timelines of the hiring process.

      Pros

The dynamic fast-paced environment allows for rapid growth. Hard work does get recognized, just stay consistent and make yourself visible.

      Cons

Takes a long time to go through approval processes, hoping this gets streamlined which is stressful as times because of the increased workload and lack of hiring in my department. Base pay could be higher to keep in line with the market rates.

      Pros

Growth: Rather of hiring managers and leaders from outside, I have witnessed people get promoted inside over the previous 16 months. Financial Benefits: You receive equity for your work, good compensation for your labor, and excellent insurance. Every worker has a stake in the outcome in this way. Work-Life Balance: No one will trouble you as long as you do the tasks at hand.

Exceptional Growth Opportunities, Supportive Culture, and Employee Ownership-Kaseya Change My Life

      Manager of account management

      Business Outlook

      Pros

I joined Kaseya through the Datto acquisition, and my journey here has been nothing short of amazing. In my first year under Kaseya as an employee, I was honored to be awarded the Account Manager of the Year, a testament to the company's recognition of individual contributions. What truly sets Kaseya apart is its commitment to employee growth and development. Within that first year, I was not only recognized for my achievements but also promoted to a new role as Manager of Account Management. The support and trust placed in me were instrumental in my success. In my initial year in management, I was humbled to receive the Rookie Manager of the Year award. Kaseya provides an environment where hard work and dedication are acknowledged and rewarded, fostering a culture that encourages employees to strive for excellence. The professional culture at Kaseya is unparalleled. It's not just a job; it's a career that offers real opportunities for advancement. The leadership team is invested in seeing employees succeed, and this commitment to personal and professional growth permeates the entire organization. What truly changed the game for me was Kaseya's employee ownership program. Beyond a competitive salary, Kaseya awards its employees with shares of the company, making us stakeholders in the success of the business. This unique approach to compensation has not only rewarded my hard work but has given me a clear path to wealth creation. Becoming a shareholder at Kaseya has been a life-changing opportunity that goes beyond traditional compensation models. The chance to prove oneself, climb the career ladder, and become a shareholder is complemented by a genuine emphasis on work-life balance. Kaseya understands the importance of family and creating wealth for the future. The company's values align with creating an environment where employees can thrive both personally and professionally. I wholeheartedly recommend Kaseya to anyone seeking a fulfilling career with a company that values its employees, fosters growth, and offers a positive and supportive professional culture. If you're looking for a place where your contributions are recognized, rewarded, and where you can truly become a part-owner of the company's success, Kaseya is the ideal choice.

      Cons

I've been with Kaseya for a significant period now, and I must say it's been an incredible journey. The company is undeniably one of the fastest-growing in the industry, evolving into one of the largest software companies. However, it's essential to recognize that with such rapid growth comes a set of challenges. Unmatched Growth Pace: Kaseya is growing at an unmatched rhythm, and while this is undoubtedly exciting, it has led to some growing pains. The speed of expansion has resulted in a dynamic and ever-evolving work environment. New projects and initiatives emerge frequently, requiring adaptability and a proactive mindset. In summary, Kaseya is an exciting and dynamic workplace, but it's not without its challenges. Those who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy pushing their limits, and are adept at navigating growth-related hurdles will find Kaseya to be a rewarding place to work.

      Pros

Approaching my second anniversary at Kaseya, I’m proud to be part of a company that is at its peak of innovation and dedicated to being the best for its partners. I’ve had the opportunity to work with global hiring teams, and many of the candidates I’ve hired have seen career growth, with some earning multiple promotions for their hard work. Kaseya has also given me the chance to relocate to a new country and take on new challenges, further expanding my skills. Having worked in agency recruitment with top companies, I’ve never seen an organization so committed to employee development and career progression.

      Cons

While I personally enjoy working on-site, I also recognize the importance of offering flexibility for employees and candidates.
