horrible middle management, customer is always right regardless of how abusinve they are, petty co-workers, will abuse your willingness to go above and beyond, is big on "ability to grow" in the company but it's entirely bound by who the managers favorites are.

Pay is better than most gas stations, decent benefits and good bonus. Managers make good money and have a lot of overtime potential. The work is exactly what you would expect. Easy to move up, I know people that started entry level and are now corporate level with no degree.

Very overworked management with little to no spare time. High volume stores are not given enough enough hours to operate efficiently. Stores have little to no freedom from corporate.

Decent people if you get the right store, easy enough to swap shifts with coworkers, good benefits, and a really nice profit share.

Tends to really be skimpy on hours, skeleton crews. promises to be able to rise, but never able to train, due to skeleton crews.
