Not as much opportunity as outside Hiring, lack of transparency and support and huge turnover; lots of backbiting and too focused on growth and not fostering their current locations. Totally lost the vision from when I started.

Nothing is perfect, and the cons associated are all good problems to have. Because of the company's rapid growth and success, it is experiencing some growing pains. Nothing significant, but you must be a person who can adapt quickly to change and be open to new challenges.

The pay is great, love the benefits of a free treatment once a month, discount is great. I love my fellow nurses. They provide you with two pairs of scrubs which is a nice perk. Training for all things aesthetics is provided. You get a lot of autonomy in clinic. The staff is very diverse in my area. There is a $5 weekend differential for clinical staff.

You will work every single weekend. There is barely any work life balance because they schedule so often and if you want to have a weekend off you are forced to take your PTO. And you don’t get a lot of PTO either. Your PTO and sick time is combined unfortunately. Your schedule during the day is extremely booked and they expect you to treat so many patients safely, but you cannot be a safe provider with so many appointments in one day. Not many opportunities for growth. I would love to work with corporate but it seems like only a small inner circle gets to that point which is disappointing, as I would love to grow with the company.

Expansion with the company comes with great opportunities for growth! Love my team and the relationships I have made with my coworkers, even in a remote capacity! Great benefits and perks!

My only con would be that since my team is fully remote across the US, we do not get together in person very often. I would love to collaborate with my other talent acquisition partners more frequently in person!

You become addicted to job because it is so fun. Then your family asks you to stop working so much.

You get really great first-hand experience in aesthetic medical sales with the best training and trainers. The benefits of working here is that you get to try out the treatments after your first 90 days. There's also really great uncapped commission.

You are required to work at least one day of the weekend, so if you like weekends to yourself then this is probably not for you. Also , beware of other sales reps stealing your sales because it will happen and most times, nothing will be done about it.
