What are perks and other benefits like at LivePerson?

Benefits are okay, work-life balance is spectacular, and direct managers are mostly great.

Legacy product that can be hard to support, job security is not amazing (typical for a public tech company), and while some of the benefits are pretty good, others can be way below average for the region. Pay is not great, considering the market for a similar position.

currently company is focusing on cost control so some remote benefits are paused some times when working with other country people u may need to wait for couple of hours to get that info

Good benefits, Fair compensation, Good work-life balance and flexibility, People are nice (at least on face). Remote job. Overall looks lucrative from outside.

1. Company has outdated technology and struggling to keep up and move forward even in the current AI era. 2. Unstable higher management, keeps changing roles and people. 3. Middle management struggles to take right initiatives and decisions, fails to establish structured way of achieving goals resulting in chaos and waste of resources. 4. Suggestions and recommendations by experienced lateral hires most likely will go in drain. 5. Dropping revenue even after frequent layoffs. 6. Stock tumbled since 2022. 7. Everyone is in survival mode. In current situation, its difficult to trust the management and ensure the long term job stability.

- New CEO who hopefully can turn the company around - Decent benefits and time off policies - Ability to move around teams

- Pay changes have been inconsistent due to how the company is doing - Stock price is tanking leaving stock pay worthless for long time employees. - Uncertain company future due to past bad decisions and expenditures. - Somewhat toxic culture where you gain a sense of always being online and little work/life separation. This compounded by many layoffs.

Benefits are good, co-workers are great. Immediately leadership is great.

Complex industry and product. Lots of reorganization going on. Hard to focus.

Good salary, benefits, some good people

Pay and benefits are great. Good ERG programs. Great employees/professionals with exceptional talent. The product is intriguing and exciting.

Leadership is chaos, with changing processes, unclear vision, lack of strategy and disjointed communication. Consistent layoffs (multiple a year in some cases). No time for training and constant communication silos. Aggressive goals with a fraction of the staff they need to hit them. The lack of a solid focus has put the company behind the curve in the market, without the funds to support growth. Turnover is high - if folks are not laid off they leave as the environment is not conducive to success. Work life balance is clearly not a priority.
