      Very flexible when you're a full time students. They provide food for the employees sometimes so it's nice.

      Very little space for growth, and not much changes in salary. You get a yearly raise but it's not a lot.

      401k/retirement benefit if you stay to be eligible to retire. In the district I work in, there is no opportunity posted for you to move up for more pay and benefits

      Cons

      Yearly raises very low, full time at Marshall’s is part time pay. Schedule is changed weekly. No opportunity to work another job with the way you are scheduled. Payroll money is always low the beginning of the year & if you’re part-time you may not be scheduled for weeks depending on your selected availability.
