      Pros

Great about giving time off as long as you give 3 weeks notice. Very Flexible for what hours you prefer to work especially with people that have committed to them over the years. Have a 401K. Benefits include pet insurance at reduced rate and legal insurance. Full time benefits offered for over 30 hours per week consistently even if you are Part Time. Open door policy. Willing to train in additional areas which opens up some opportunities.

      Cons

Hard to get full time hours. I had applied in Nov for a FT coordinator position and still have not been interviewed but I have been told the position is still available. Unable to provide many hours for part time individuals historically from Jan to March which makes it hard to pay your bills.

      Pros

Team effort approach in daily work. Outstanding open door to communicate with managers confidentially so they can get issues resolved quickly, professionally and quietly. Discounts offered year round. Paid personal time. Accrued sick time and vacation time. Support programs to assist in education for employees. Need more work hours, just ask. Flexible at accommodating employees time off when needed. Great place to learn various departments and how retail operations are in a retail store.

      Cons

Work can be hard on the body because it requires a lot of walking and standing. Retail pay is low, so you have to enjoy the work and focus on the knowledge you learn and try to move up the ladder.
