Pros
Flexible hours, minimum of 40 sick hours a year.
Cons
Not many opportunities for growth with the new wage increase, hours are being cut by corporate, no PTO, no special benefits, no vacation pay. Working under pressure is a must.
Pros
Offers many skills and knowledge necessary in a short amount of time, amazing benefits and advancement opportunities! One of few employers for children to work in that offer college tuition assistance.
Cons
I personally do not have anything negative to say.
Pros
Very open hiring--anyone looking to work is given a chance Coworkers are often the highlight of your day Free shift meal
Cons
Management pushes for time-based goals that are often impossible to consistently reach; Such as every car supposed to be making it through the drive thru in 2 minutes, which is usually prevented by the time it takes a person to order or the speed that the drink machine runs. Most offers made in regards to benefits with employment are never met, such as a 30% discount on orders through the app that was never given. The free shift meal is limited to orders up to $8.50, which isn't even enough money for most of the meals at McDonalds. Many employees would instead have to bring food or settle for eating just a burger and maybe a drink.
Pros
Has some great employee benefits and great flexibility
Cons
Sometimes it is tough when busy.
Pros
Pretty easy to get free food and you can have really easy days
Cons
You usually get some of the worst staff known to man, horrible management, terrible hours, abuse of "part time" employees (they get scheduled hours just under 40 so that they can work an almost 40 hour week with no benefits), customers are basically trained to be impatient and horrible, stores are a constant mess and health hazard, and I could go on. I had so many mornings where I would wake up and wonder if killing myself would be a better alternative than going to this horrible job
Pros
Surprisingly good benefits such as tuition and vacation time
Cons
No set schedule, so it is hard to plan free time
Pros
Good benefits and pay, good work environment.
Cons
Not much cons good job
Pros
Great schedule benefits and ability to move forward
Cons
Long hours little pay for the work you do

ast-paced and stressful environment – Rush hours can be intense, especially during weekends or holidays. Repetitive tasks – The routine nature of the job can become monotonous over time. Physical demands – Long hours standing, moving quickly, and handling food or equipment can be tiring. High customer expectations – Some customers can be rude or impatient, which can be emotionally draining. Shift work – Early mornings, late nights, or changing schedules can make it hard to plan personal time. Limited creativity – Most tasks must follow strict procedures, so there’s little room for personal input. Pressure from targets – Managers often push for speed, efficiency, and accuracy at all times. Low starting pay – Wages are usually near minimum, especially for entry-level or part-time staff. Short breaks – In busy stores, you might get minimal time to rest or eat during your shift. Management differences – Experience can vary a lot depending on your manager or team — some are supportive, others less so.
Pros
Good benefits (free meal each shift, gym membership discount etc), they put you on stations you're comfortable with, pay is pretty good
Cons
90% of the managers at my restaurant are teenagers that don't really take the managing side seriously. Lots of bullying from fellow crew members and managers, barely any managers I feel like I could TALK to and be taken seriously. Been working there for 3 years but still haven't been trained on everything, despite asking.
