What is a typical working day like at McDonald's?

Very flexible work schedule, today you could be working morning shift and tomorrow you are night shift

Understaffed, very rarely there is enough staff for the amount of work. Often times co-workers call in sick during busy periods such as in December during Advent Zagreb, the busiest time of the year.

Most the staff are friendly, good pay, fairly relaxed on shift, free food on every shift.

Training wasn't the best and when asking questions later down the line I didn't get taught managers just asked someone else to do it. 0 hour contracts so no consistency with pay + at the one I work at we get the weekly schedule on Fridays so no opportunity for financial planning. Also mine was consistently understaffed and posted on workplace daily asking people to come in
