What is the work environment like at McDonald's?

company culture is good and working environment is nice

The crew members and area leaders are usually very approachable and you will make friends at work and it can provide a good work environment where you feel welcomed (could be wrong if you are an introverted person)

My shifts get changed all the time without telling me, I will take a screenshot of my rota when it comes out because it means I don’t have to go through the long login process and makes it easier for me. Another thing is they can struggle ringing me if I don’t show up to a shift and will proceed to not let me work the next week aswell.
