Consistent money, family atmosphere, consistent work
Cons
Low pay, no benefits, inexperienced management, terrible atmosphere, no training, can't ask questions, micro managed, favoritism, no room for advancement
Since it was a new start-up at the time I was working there, they made us work 6 times a week 10 hour shifts. They were also unorganized, and the team leads and managers were all friends. The only way for you to even move up was to be already know the manager. And they team leads weren't good at whatthey did. They just fooled around.
Friendly staff, co-workers, and management
Generous employee discount with some decent benefits
Helpful accommodation for specific roles/duties and for health issues(i.e sick absences)
Cons
Less working hours (excluding peak seasons and holidays)
Pay is minimum wage with barely an increase in raise
Occasional impolite customers and dysfunctional work procedures
