      Pros

They offer a suite of benefits for employees that includes health, dental, vision insurance and an employee discount. The same type of benefits that you would get working for any large company. The new CEO that started almost a year ago is much more focused on planning and results than the previous CEO. More clarity around company expectations and how the company is going to achieve them. There are some great people working there. Four days in office, 1 day WFH (could be a positive or negative, depending on your view). The company often celebrates moments and milestones at the office with fun activities and food. On site cafe and gym. Office is clean, updated, easy to access with free parking.

      Cons

Where to start? It’s retail so you get the good and the bad that comes with that. Lots of change, not always for the better. Lots of inconsistency. Lots of being excited about new initiatives, partnerships and opportunities that go literally nowhere. Tons of turnover across departments at the corporate office - both in layoffs, terminations and people just leaving. Lack of competitive compensation, Lack of upward growth and opportunity. Entire departments have been slashed and the work outsourced. Constant change being told to do work one way one day and then being told to do it a different way another day. Some departments don’t communicate well and people don’t listen. Misalignment across leadership that causes friction, confusion and unnecessary extra work. Jobs are eliminated and work put on other people without any seemed intent to rehire positions or forward planning to re-allocate work so that it is even across the organization. Micromanaging and controlling leadership. Regular expectations to do more with less. At times, leadership is hot and cold creating chaos in the workplace that everyone just has to work around. Very unhealthy environment. Mentally exhausting that creates stress and anxiety in employees. Some departments are better than others, but bottom line this kind of behavior is tolerated at the top level and not addressed when it’s obvious there is a serious problem.
