Pros
All of my coworkers, minus the management team were awesome. Great pay and benefits, but not worth the stress and lack of guidance from management.
Cons
My experience with the Talent team was deeply disappointing. The leadership team consistently failed to provide the guidance and support needed for employees to succeed, specifically my boss and their boss. Unfortunately, they seemed more focused on their own and getting to the next level and not on developing the potential within the team. Rather than fostering a collaborative environment, the leadership was often absent and unavailable, leaving employees to navigate important decisions and challenges without direction. There was little to no transparency about goals or expectations, which made it difficult to align with the company’s vision or feel motivated. Any attempts to seek feedback were vague responses that offered no actionable advice. It became clear over time that leadership prioritized their agendas over the growth and well-being of the team, specfically my boss. While the individual contributors were hardworking and talented, the lack of proper leadership made it impossible to reach my full potential. Overall, the experience left me frustrated and disillusioned. I hope the company makes significant changes in the leadership approach to better support the team and create a more positive, growth-oriented environment.
Pros
Low cost of living area and good pay, good benefits, fast work environment, diverse job opportunities
Cons
Culture/ perks, lack of career path clarity
Pros
Competitive pay, great continued education programs, in office gym, subsidized food court, good 401k & insurance, top notch senior leadership, company continues to grow 10% + yoy
Cons
Work life balance is awful; expect to work 60+ hr weeks if you are in marketing. Brand leadership needs to do a better job coaching their teams for long term career growth. They say lateral moves are encouraged but it was nearly impossible in 2.5 yrs of employment. Communication to & from leadership needs work.
Pros
Good pay, decent benefits, some good people throughout organization.
Cons
Expectations are not aligned with reality. Brought in to change the way people thought about supply chain processes only to hit roadblock after roadblock. There was zero buy in or interest from internal or external departments. Certain leaders deliberately undermined ability to implement solutions. Resources were not made available to deliver and team was laid off entirely. They preach team mentality and working together, but everyone is busy being so “empowered & candid” that they only listen to their own voice. Obsessed with pushing Milwaukee way which doesn’t work for a company of their size. Trying to change someone’s mind is exhausting. Transparency was also preached, but non existent. Wasn’t even laid off by my actual boss, who continued to tell me I would be moving to a new team until the Friday afternoon before I was terminated. In the end they will tell you they care but it’s all about the bottom line and management making themselves look good at your expense. Team was an opportunity for boss to check of boxes in her reviews, not to grow and develop. Basically zero coaching during time there. Left to fend for self in hostile environment.

Cons

Cons

Pros
I've had an incredible experience working at Milwaukee Tool. The company offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, and countless career growth opportunities. It's clear that leadership genuinely cares about employee development and invests in helping people succeed. The culture here is unmatched — collaborative, positive, and forward-thinking. Despite the company’s continuous growth and ambition, they never lose sight of the importance of work-life balance, which I truly appreciate. If you're looking for a place where you can grow professionally without sacrificing your personal life, Milwaukee Tool is the perfect fit. It's a rare gem where employees are valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.
Cons
The fast-paced growth at Milwaukee Tool means things are constantly evolving, which requires employees to stay agile and adapt to shifting projects and goals. While this can be challenging at times, it's also an exciting opportunity to build resilience, learn quickly, and be part of meaningful changes that drive the company's success. For those who thrive in dynamic environments, it's a rewarding experience.
Pros
