Lack of leadership, employee favoritism for favorites only, special benefits, offered to favorites, turning the other way when favorite employees are coming in late leaving early taking long lunches, excessive breaks additional days to be able to work from home for favorites, lack of leadership, lack of support, management does not leverage anything for you or escalate it, tells you to leverage your teammates and does not advocate for you. Does not enforce code of conduct or regular office policies and create a hostile work environment.

Excellent monetary benefits such as Private Healthcare, great pension contributions, various insurance etc. Working culture generally good, though this is very much dependent on the senior management within the team.

A lot of red tape, bonuses are not reliable, compensation not correlated with responsibility.

MS is like a family, it is nearly impossible to get fired if you have a head on your shoulders, fantastic benefits, remote work available, flexibility to family needs, and great pay.

MS is a little militaristic with the chain of command, it is very hard to skip levels in being promoted, it is also a very liberal company and supports liberal super PACs
