I am extremely disappointed with this company and its continued efforts to foster a toxic work environment. Recently, without any prior notice, the company decided to cut off remote work days that many employees were entitled to.
Several employees had worked tirelessly, putting in overtime during the holidays and saving their hard-earned remote hours for the off-season. All of that effort has now been erased without any consideration or empathy for the livelihoods and schedules employees have built around those remote days. This decision completely disregards personal circumstances such as managing school schedules for kids, maintaining long-distance relationships, or working from out of the city.
To make matters worse, there is no room for growth within the company, no opportunities for raises or promotions, and the higher-ups are incredibly out of touch with the needs of their employees. Additionally, the pay rate does not match the market, and employees are offered zero benefits.
It’s disheartening to see a company treat its employees with such little respect or fairness.
