What is overtime like at NFL?

Best company culture & work/life balance

      Pros

The people at this office are so pleasant to be around, it really boosts office morale when the building is full of people that actually want to be there. There are many events throughout the season for employees and their families to enjoy, and overtime was never needed as the company respects employees work life balance. The office also has many employee resource groups to enjoy.

      Cons

Some of the downsides would be the commute, depending where you live in L.A, Inglewood might be a long drive everyday. Though you're given one remote day a week, which is optional, and hours can accumulate if you don't use them so you can save them up.

      Remote days terminated without notice

      Pros

It’s cool to say you work at the nfl

      Cons

I am extremely disappointed with this company and its continued efforts to foster a toxic work environment. Recently, without any prior notice, the company decided to cut off remote work days that many employees were entitled to. Several employees had worked tirelessly, putting in overtime during the holidays and saving their hard-earned remote hours for the off-season. All of that effort has now been erased without any consideration or empathy for the livelihoods and schedules employees have built around those remote days. This decision completely disregards personal circumstances such as managing school schedules for kids, maintaining long-distance relationships, or working from out of the city. To make matters worse, there is no room for growth within the company, no opportunities for raises or promotions, and the higher-ups are incredibly out of touch with the needs of their employees. Additionally, the pay rate does not match the market, and employees are offered zero benefits. It’s disheartening to see a company treat its employees with such little respect or fairness.

      Pros

Credits in top-tier sports television. High quality facilities and access to world class equipment.

      Cons

lots of Overtime. While OT is paid, it is pressured on you to take it regardless if you want it or not (ie "taking one for the team). Culture is pretty isolating as well.
