What are sales commissions like at NIKE?

Good environment and great discount on items

Very low per hour pay and no commission

Basic salary plus commission, the the pay was good

The pay is not good if u do not hit the commission As not so easy to hit and long working hour during stock take

40% off discount is probably the best thing they offer with a 2k limit

overworked don't get commission unless ur the top 10% in store unorganized resellers working with management to take all the good shoes

Nothing really other than discount and a kid in highschool

Limited upside, no sales commission

Commission can be great if you get more than 30 hrs per week

it can be competitive and toxic
