What is the hiring process like at NTT DATA?

I learned a lot from the projects and potential projects, especially working with a very strong development team. The hiring process for projects is transparent, and there is a wide variety of work that gives good learning opportunities

- Business consultants and managers often lack technical understanding and effective project management skills, which limits the success of otherwise strong projects - Career development support is minimal -Compensation is low for the responsibilities, with extra vacation offered instead of fair pay, and the work environment can be high-stress

Interview process was easy and straightforward.

Onboarding process was a little confusing

Embraces WFH as a productivity enabler. Values diversity. Global climate conscious.

Failed merger generating business siloes competing with each other for revenue. Arrogant leadership impotent in financial performance hiring former D-List performing colleagues. Sooner cull than invest in individual contributors

Interview process is good and good company

Project duration is some time short

Work from home , salary is comparatively okay,less travel required

Company dies have good structure in UK,the work environment is toxic,internal politics.everyone in the project feels they are superior and can talk or do anything. Company cannot afford outside recruitment agency or recruitment HR that it takes help of one of existing employees (preferred one working from long time) to hire for same project giving him power that he can do anything in the project No HR ,work place harassment policy in place especially in remote work environment and in UK. Company lacks the credit of being an MNC instead of looks like cheap startup with no values at all. One serious issue is they prefer to hire Indians and that too too much discrimination between north indian and south indian

They have made the recruitement for 2023 batch students but haven't called for joining and its been more than a Year.
