Very competitive compensation and many benefit programs. 3. Opportunity for internal transfer - doing something fits yours and company's interests 4. Really take employee feedback from regular internal surveys

      Pros

      1. An outstanding CEO Jensen Huang, who exemplifies exceptional leadership qualities and serves as a role model for fostering personal growth among employees, particularly in cultivating values such as integrity and celebrating the achievements of others. 2. A positive work environment characterized by supportive colleagues who actively promote inclusivity and diversity, contributing to a welcoming and harmonious workplace culture. 3. Personally, I have had the privilege of benefiting from the invaluable guidance of supportive mentors who have played a significant role in my professional development. 4. Abundant opportunities to excel and expand one's skill set through engaging in meaningful work and exploring new methodologies and technologies.

      Cons

Personally, sometimes I find it challenging to fully engage and contribute my best work due to obstacles such as limited access to key information and opportunities. It is my perception that there are preestablished small circles within the organization that make it difficult to integrate and contribute effectively. I also see that some individuals intentionally withhold key information or discourage active participation, hindering ability of new hires to find their footing and make meaningful contributions. I remain realistically positive, that with time new hires can find their path.
