What are perks and other benefits like at Navy Federal Credit Union?

There are so many benefits: tuition assistance, great reasonability price health insurance, flexible spending accounts, flexible breaks plus so much more.

Depending on department can be a stressful. I work in CCO (call center) which is high volume.

Good benefits and flexibility with work/life balance

Calls can be overwhelming at times

There's so many pros to working here. The benefits are fantastic, and the pay is comparable, slightly above average, compared to other banks. You have the potential to move up and if work at the contact center, there's so many departments you can move around to.

The only con that I have is that if you're in a location that have limited branches, then the only way to move into a more Senior/Management position is if a person in a higher position gets fired or quits. Most people do not voluntary leave NFCU.

They really care for there employees with cheap benefits and pension plan

Certain managers play favorites and you can see it. They don’t try to hide it.

If you’re working in the branch and want to be in leadership it can be challenging.

Good benefits but pay could be better for the amount of work.

Management will greatly influence if you succeed or not.
