Great employer, super benefits, excellent flexibility for working styles. Super place to earn loads of money and hide for real work.

Flip flop company strategy, no long term goals or ideas. Jus hit react to latest results. Constantly banging on about company culture and how fantastic everyone is, then an annual redundancy round with little or no noticeable change in executive leadership other than those that self select out.

Good benefits, like remote work

Management and up have all lost vision. No handle on product fostering and positioning. Company culture is no way what it used to be, even though for years all C-levs said they'll maintain company culture. All employees go to work looking over their back because they don't know when they'll get laid off. SLED in particular is an abomination.

This is a company that offers great benefits and perks. The people are very welcoming and easy to work with.

It’s hard to move up in the company without proper networking.
