      Business Outlook

      Pros

Good pay, good benefits, great work/life balance and flexibility, really good PTO. Coworkers are friendly and helpful and first couple levels of management are very understanding and competent.

      Cons

Been lots of leadership turnover and what's felt like 5 or 6 internal reorganizations. Leadership doesn't inspire tons of confidence and people can be concerned about layoffs. Raises are variable, some years goods, some years not. Structure and opportunities for advancement are vague.

      Cons

Occasional Tight Deadlines: Face periods of intense work pressure and tight deadlines that can be stressful. Complex Processes: Navigate through intricate processes and bureaucracy that can slow down decision-making and project progress. Limited Career Growth Opportunities: Experience challenges in advancing your career due to limited promotion opportunities or stagnant job roles. Business Outlook

      Pros

Excellent ethics, diversity, and global presence. Very good benefits, and for most likely a good work life balance.

      Cons

Add some events. Match the 401k and stop that silly "4% pension". Acknowledge those who work through the many time zones of the company - it affects our lives and impacts our personal situations adversely.
