      Pros

      Cons

find your own leads and 100% commission based

      Former employee

      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

You make your own schedule and have a great work life balance. I would only recommend taking on this career if you have at least 6-12 months of savings saved up or have a partner who is working. Brent Moyes the GDD at the SLC office is one of the best leaders you could be around.

      Cons

100% commission with no base salary, no leads and have to work out of your own network, a lot of uncontrollable in the career like reversals when it comes to life insurance, takes minimum 3-5 years to build up a good book of business before you start to see any real income.
