Starting wage is low around 11-12 an hour, most positions have random shift hours, hit or miss on good managers, have to deal with a lot of difficult customers, have to have extensive automotive knowledge for all retail and commercial positions (except driver (21+), merchandiser, stocker, or dispatch)

This is a good position. You're constantly out delivering parts and depending on the day it can get busy. The time goes by fast and the work is easy.

I would advise others to steer clear of this O'Reilly due to its negative work culture, low pay, and inadequate benefits. Employees deserve to work in a positive environment where they are fairly compensated and supported, and this company clearly does not offer that. It is important to prioritize your well-being and professional growth by seeking opportunities elsewhere.
