Pros
The team - great people to work with, some individuals are extremely knowledgeable
-BIG brands. Great opportunity to collaborate with some of the larger brands.
Cons
-RTO policy. The new return to office policy is not so much about promoting office culture but more so about getting bodies into the building. It lacks empathy for the people in the company that work well remotely, and need to work from home.
-Money. The pay was mediocre but the inability to give promotions without having to jump thru additional hoops is frustrating. Also, upper management is allergic to even saying the word bonus.
-Balance. Your work life balance will go to sh*t if you want to complete all of your work. A few nights I stayed up until 1 am just to have to go into the office the next day at 8:30.
