Cons
Based on my experience, I would not recommend working for this company. During my tenure, I consistently performed at a high level and was a top contributor on my team; however, I observed significant disparities in compensation and advancement opportunities. Despite my experience, newly hired male employees were frequently brought in at higher salaries, and obtaining raises was a prolonged and difficult process. Reviews were often delayed for months, without retroactive pay, and increases were minimal.
There appeared to be a strong “inner circle” culture, and I witnessed preferential treatment toward certain employees, including friends of existing staff who were offered significantly higher compensation packages. Turnover across both individual contributors and management was noticeably high, and I worked under numerous managers in a relatively short period.
The benefits package was standard, without notable advantages, and although several days were listed as holidays, employees were still expected to work some of them. Additionally, concerns about workplace conduct—such as harassment or bullying—were not addressed in a manner that felt supportive or transparent.
Overall, the work environment was challenging and, at times, unhealthy. For those prioritizing professional growth, equity, and a supportive culture, I would advise considering other opportunities.
