      Pros

      Good pay and benefits, although they have reduced maternity leave time and eliminated bonuses for many positions.

      Cons

      You will be expected to work well past a standard 40 hour work week almost every week. Nearly every task you are assigned will have a deadline that is only possible with overtime. Paycom has also had an unstable upper management structure for over a year now and has regular layoffs.

      Pros

      Most seniors at Paycom started at entry level and have grown very quickly. The benefits are great, the lunches are pretty decent, and pay is competitive.

      Cons

      It's very fast paced, you shouldn't be unwilling to cooperate when decisions come down, and don't try to convince others to be unwilling to cooperate.

      Decent benefits and pay, a lot of good people work at the company.

      Cons

      Upper management is very hypocritical when it comes to caring about employees. The company boasts about having the best benefits and caring so much about their employees but their actions say otherwise. They rarely let us work from home during inclement weather, even though we have the resources to do so. They recently shorted paid maternal leave from 12 to 8 weeks and didn’t tell us; we are now required to submit a doctors note for an additional two weeks of time off (unpaid if you don’t have PTO) for “family bonding”. For years Paycom had Flex Time, which allowed employees to be flexible with their schedule for doctors appointments, childcare, and minor emergencies. The CEO recently caught wind of this and had NO IDEA his own company had this implemented and immediately got rid of it, which put all of his employees in tough situations.

      Overall disorganized; lack of standards for testing, documentation, etc. ICs aren't involved until late in the process but are responsible for creating a good product.
