What is PepsiCo policy around taking breaks?

      Pros

The only real pro working at this job site would have to be the weekly pay, as well as the professionalism of payroll. They will never miss a check and wages are nice on the way to inccrease.

      Cons

Mostly everyone is rude, the shifts are 12 hours long mandatory arrangements and you could assume no one truly cares about your mental health or safety. The warehouse is not protected, with plenty of mind- boggling OSHA violations surrounding the facility including broken barrier guards, missing rails, incredibly faded warning tape or signs, storage spaces with missing brackets the safety concerns just go on etc. Don't even ask about breaks because in a mandatory 12 hour shift you will be forced to only take ONE 30 min lunch and the contract of UNION states all breaks after a lunch will reduce your remaining break time to 10 mins. How can a human have any work life balance slaving their life away for a measly check a week? They DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY, EMPHASIS ON HOW RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL THE WORK PLACE TRULY IS.
