Pros
I’ve worked for Petco for a long time and I can say that as long as you know it’s a symbiotic relationship you’ll be ok. If you let them take advantage of you, they will but I’ve always made myself worth it for them to keep me around. I do have a good home work balance but it took many years to reach that.
Cons
It’s basically a revolving door especially for managers.
