I can hardly fit all the coffee chats in my schedule, because anyone who hears I'm new is eager to buy me coffee and welcome me to the company -Fantastic benefits. I feel so taken care of at Philips, from health insurance to commuting benefits to all the little perks along the way -Very flexible work schedule (at least on my team). Everyone is dedicated to getting their work done and trusted to do so in whatever way makes most sense for them and their life. Family and personal life always comes first and management really emphasizes the importance of taking time off (and they mean it!)
