What is the application process like for Philips?

I am not aware of any specific pros, as I do not work with the organization but am currently in the application phase. However, based on my experience with the application process so far, I am disappointed with the organizational aspects of their recruitment approach

As an applicant to the Graduate Development Program, my experience with the application process has been disappointing due to the lack of timely updates and clear communication. It has been over two months since my submission without any follow-up, making it difficult to plan my next steps as I approach graduation. Improving communication and setting transparent expectations, especially regarding response timelines, would greatly enhance the candidate experience. Regular updates or an estimated response window would reflect well on Philips’ commitment to candidate engagement and help applicants plan their transitions. Thank you for considering this feedback.
