      Pros

Onboarding process is efficient and career growth is quick and abundant

      Cons

When you agree to take this position, they do not tell you that it is a door to door sales job. They promise a salary of at-least $77 thousand. This marker is almost impossible to obtain. In my 2 month tenure with the company I watched over half of the new employees leave within their first 90 days. The training is good until you are put into the field. The commute time is can differ week to week, sometimes I drove as far away as an hour and a half to go door to door.

      Pros

Power invests a lot in the well-being and development of its employees. Power has uncapped earning potential and employees are thoroughly trained on their blueprint for success. Power offers great benefits to their employees, and has received a ton of recognition for being one of the best places to work. There is always extra help readily available for employees, personal and professional. I am grateful for the opportunity that I've been given at Power, and the people in the organization that work to help me try to fulfill my highest potential. There are multiple career paths within the company such as leadership roles, relocations to other territories, and transfers to other departments. You get what you put into it, and that's all I can ever ask for as an employee. Power also has a fun, competitive growth culture and they make a lot of effort to show appreciation for their employees. Power gives back to the community and gives employees the chance to get involved. Power is very inclusive and encourages and supports people's differences. Power continues to grow, and the sooner you get your foot in the door, the longer you can reap the benefits.

      Cons

There aren't any cons. You have to be willing to put in the effort. Effort counts twice compared to skill.
