      Pros

Countless ways to make money. Rewards are always given for hard work and the more you put in, the more you get out. You cannot be held back by anyone since you are the only one who can dictate the outcome of your paycheck. Leadership opportunities are endless with every sector of the business. Opportunities to learn about the company and how to get better are always available. Young atmosphere with a work hard play hard mentality built in. Tons of health benefits provided for you and your family! Prizes, awards, promotions, trips, dinners, and more are awarded VERY frequently to those who do well (This includes new and tenured reps). All inclusive company music festival provided each year to employees of any tenure. Place to meet like minded individuals and make friendships that will last a lifetime. Performance is tracked and if you do struggle, you will be given ample opportunity to bounce back and improve. If you are single and have minimal obligations outside of work this could be the biggest game changer for your financial security!!!

      Cons

Will require rigorous studying at first. Personal organization will not be taught up front and it is something you must have to make the job easier and run smoothly in your day to day. Personal phone is used (not paid for by company). Gas, meals, vehicle use also not covered by company. Days off can equate to lower paychecks, but you can more than make up for it by preparing yourself financially with all the other higher paychecks you can make. You will encounter many rude homeowners, but they could just be having a rough day and it's never worth letting them get to you when you do have those interactions. You will be working a lot of hours so this may be tricky for those who are used to having plenty of family/friend time, but you'll get the hang of the schedule quickly.
