Sometimes being on call can be stressful but it’s just part of the gig.

Can be very stressful job at times, very demanding, requires lots of attention and focus, I personally believe wages could be a tad bit higher for our salary positions.

On call schedule is definitely not easy in the beginning but once you get structure and some what of a schedule gets easier.
