Does Pret A Manger have a pension plan?

Great Community with nice people plus free coffee and teas and food, paid holidays and Pension pot, discounted gym membership, work-related insurance for team members and others.

Cons

Covid made life difficult for everyone, especially for the hospitality sector, therefore you need to work even harder in this fast-paced environment, at least working hours are flying. You need to be fit both physically and mentally. This industry is not for those who want to sit and relax with a laptop. On the other hand, you won't need to spend hours in the gym to do your cardio...

Advice to Management

After Covid, bring back everything! Full bonus, paid lunchtime and the proudness to be with the Industry-leading company. Employ QUALITY as it was the FOUNDING block of Pret A Manger success... I know its difficult, changing environment, rent prices,absence of commuters... etc but I'm hoping and wish to see my loved place flourish again
