Does Pret A Manger offer unlimited time off?

Pros

unlimited coffee on the breakes

Cons

very unfair working at pret have to make friend with leader and manager to have better pay. if they don't like you they will treat you unfair. hr is not helping. i left soon.

Does Pret A Manger have a pension plan?

Pros

- pension cover (although most employers have this benefit) - health insurance - free food during working hours

Cons

- in the last couple of years the bonuses and other benefits were cut by approx 75% - long hours with no extra pay for the managers because the interpretation of the contract by the bosses is questionable - your days off will never be truly free as the Ops Managers will require you to deal with your shop issues at all times. - the company was hit hard by the pandemic so expect to work even more hours for free.
