Cons
It’s disappointing to see how far the company has drifted from what once made it a great place to work. There has been a noticeable decline in vision and innovation, especially since the leadership transition. Where we once had a steady stream of internally developed capabilities and real momentum, growth has now stagnated.
The current leadership—particularly at the top—seems disconnected from the day-to-day realities and the value that front-line employees, especially in Sales, bring to the company. Morale has suffered significantly. Sales reps no longer feel appreciated or supported. The culture that once celebrated hard work and collaboration has been replaced by minimal recognition, exemplified by gestures like handing out ramen noodles on employee appreciation day—a stark contrast to past years.
The tone from the top truly sets the company culture, and unfortunately, what’s being modeled now isn’t inspiring or motivating...especially behaviors from the CRO. It would benefit the company if leadership re-engaged with employees, listened more actively, and refocused on fostering innovation and employee value.
