      Pros

Decent hourly wage, employee discount, mostly awesome coworkers

      Cons

So many. Many coworkers agreed that it felt less like a store and more like a cult. I was regularly referred to as "green vest" not my name. The only thing the managers seem to do are watch their workers on the security cameras all day long. You better make yourself look busy even if there are no customers and there's nothing left to do, otherwise the second you stop moving, the managers will come out of their office, surround you, and just stare at you with an uncanny valley smile. Extremely creepy, passive aggressive, and made me very uncomfortable. They don't care about you. Don't care if you're going through a hard time, if you're disabled and in pain. They expect you to always put the company above your own needs and we'll bring. Even if you work hard, try your best, provide excellent customer, service, and complete every task they give you, if customers don't sign up for memberships with your name, they will tell you that you're a bad employee and need to work harder. A manager made me cry during a one on one meeting and wouldn't let me say one word before telling me to get back to work. Another manager told me I needed to stop showing signs of my disability because, "we wouldn't want customers to notice and ask about you." Implying that me being in obviously pain while working was embarrassing. Felt incredibly dehumanized while working here and I'm still trying to recover from what they put me through.
