What are perks and other benefits like at Razer?

- many activities monthly - free breakfast mondays and fridays - great pantry - team dinner every 4 months - employee benefit - will get alot of Razer merchandise and gears during the games and activities very very fun environment office is so good, will have ps5 to play and many other great benefits

Razer atmosphere is really good, and the welfare benefits are excellent, all in compliance with laws and regulations. Colleagues are easy to get along with, and there are no unnecessary formalities. Although the local team is not very large, everything is in line with the company's policies without any exceptions, which is great! Additionally, Razer has been continuously making changes in team management in line with business changes, embracing change is also very positive.

For me, perhaps the only not-so-good experience is that sometimes a decision requires the involvement of too many people, which can impact overall efficiency to a certain extent.

Unclear Promotion Standards – Career growth depends more on managers’ decisions than clear guidelines, which can leave employees feeling uncertain about their future. 3. Blurred Responsibilities – Some tasks don’t have clear owners, which sometimes leads to people passing the buck.

The employee benefits are pretty good. Taking leave is super easy, and you get to use the Razer products.

Management just slacks off and won't make any decisions. They keep having meetings that go nowhere and end with nothing decided. We need the strategy! The company's clearly splitting into factions inside, but they won't step in to sort it out—they just let it fester until people get fed up and quit on their own. Problem solved, right? The leaders are total pushovers on the outside and don't really know their stuff. When there's any real challenge from outside, they just play nice and act like Mr. Nice Guy the whole time.
