      Pros

There's a startup and hustle mentality from the old days where people can get things done under short time and stress. Most people are friendly and ok to work with. If you meet gamers, it's very nice to discuss ideas with like-minded people. Razer is quick to pick up trends and gamers lingo as you can see from the social media presence. I've met great people here who taught me different things. Sometimes you get to trial new gaming equipment and use them in the office.

      Cons

Slow career growth and slow pay adjustments, I mean who cares! Sometimes it feels like a retirement place because it's so lean sometimes, and there is so much to do - there's no opportunities to move up (some people are there for years), learn new things after 2 years or get to lead a team. KPIs are impossibly high to hit. Sometimes, people will use the 'Min' card to brute force their way to get things done and achieve their own goals, resulting in competition and not collaboration (which they like) Understand when there's reduced headcount and budget, but with the turnover being so high - why does it take months to fill available headcount? Lastly, it's very difficult to work with the global marketing team as any other marketer. Put aside your ego and learn to respect different opinions, different way of doing things, data-driven choices and gamers' insights.

      Cons

If you're looking for a place that will stretch the limits of your patience, energy, and mental well-being, you've found the perfect fit. Here, overperformance is rewarded with more tasks, zero recognition, and the occasional “we’re like a family” guilt trip to keep you compliant. Management thrives on ambiguity and last-minute decision-making, so if you're a fan of unclear goals, conflicting directives, and sudden scope creep—strap in. Expect to wear many hats, even the ones you weren’t hired for. Especially the ones you weren’t hired for. Feedback is a one-way street, and growth is mostly talked about in town halls and never followed through. You'll learn a lot—not from mentorship, but from trial by fire when you're left to figure things out alone. On the bright side, this job will teach you exactly what your boundaries are, how to enforce them, and why therapy is non-negotiable.

A Company of Innovation, Transparent Leadership and High Expectations

      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Growing Company: Razer has seen rapid growth and this can provide employees with valuable experience and career growth, if you are up for it. Global and Diverse – With offices worldwide, there are opportunities to work with international teams and collaborate across different markets. Transparent Leadership: You know what's going on in the company. They keep employees informed about big decisions. Innovative and Exciting Products: Being a part of the process is fulfilling, especially for those passionate about gaming and tech.

      Cons

Challenging Work Environment: You are expected to be on top of your game constantly, which can sometimes be intense if you don’t manage your time well. High Expectations: There can be pressure to perform. It’s not an easy place to work, especially during busy product launch times. Work-Life Balance: The work pace can sometimes interfere with work-life balance.
