      Pros

Good internship, you can learn what you want. and ask supervisor for more/ different work.

      Cons

HR and supervisor can be quite toxic. will report you to your school supervisor or school admin without you knowing. They just assume stuff and will report you without finding out or asking for your side first. No flexibility, cannot work from home. You must be present in office but even if there is no space in the office. was thrown in a meeting room with a few other intern because office has no space...

      It was fun

      Cons

Culture there at the department - Micromanagement - Favoritism - Double standard - Backup support is minimal - Mostly female managers, likes to gossip - Lack of trust when you work from home - Expectations don’t align - Expects you to go full fledge once pass probation, even though staff can be a new manager/staff - Limited opportunities as jobscope is pretty much fixed, just more work can be expected over the years

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Valuable Experience. Working with fantastic client.

      Cons

      1. Bad Working Culture 2. No work life balance 3. Believe there is Dinosaur in Company. But, behave like one. 4. 2024. Still no work from home policy. For them, Home is a place for rest. Office is a place to work. But, I still need to carry my work and do it remotely even in hospital because management need to cut cost. This is toxic. 5. Low headcount. 6. A Boss.. Not a Leader.
