Rockwell used to be known for being really good to employees. Since COVID, you never know what to expect. They made us all take pay cuts, then no bonuses, then they gave us the money back, then they took away bonuses. Now we’re not getting previously promised raises or bonuses, there’s been lay offs and they’re pushing everyone back into the offices. It feels like there’s no give and take - just take, take, take.

I joined Rockwell as a part of acquisition and immediately felt the difference in work culture etc. You get to work on already established products, work life balance is stable and comes up with all of regulatory benefits
