Great employee discount, and great overall product. The people management on all levels is helpful, and the furthest thing from toxic. The environment in general is great.

Roots is a good place to work, but it could be great if they were willing to give a bit more. Standard benefits, and time off. Sometimes feels a little bare bones compared to what other major retailers are offering.
