Does Royal Caribbean Group offer family leave?

Pros

Great to save money, make lots of lifetime friends, travel the world, potential to have progression if you want to climb the career ladder.

Cons

Long hours (10-12 hours per day), No days off during your contract, Short vacation. Considering you work onboard for 6-8 months at a time with zero days off, it would be nice to have a longer break than only 4-6 weeks. Also, it would be much better for your mental health if employees could get a day off once or twice a month, even if it is unpaid. Career progression can be unfair sometimes because for some it is just handed to them on a plate and they can not even do the job properly and for others they work so hard to get the position and get declined the promotion. Its not fair.

Advice to Management

Be kinder to your team towards the end of their contract. They are about to burn out and want to go home to get a well needed break. Don't give them a hard time before they sign off.

6 weeks.
