      Pros

Schneider Electric is a strong workplace overall, offering solid benefits, good flexibility, and a supportive, values‑driven culture that many employees appreciate. The flexible work arrangements and focus on well‑being make it easier to maintain work‑life balance, and the people are often described as kind, collaborative, and inclusive.

      Cons

The usual big‑company hurdles, like slower processes and occasional delays in career progression.

      Business Outlook

      Pros

It's a huge company that can give you access to so many opportunities in a highly important industry. The benefits of working in the company are also excellent and I believe that the pay is very good (although I feel some who come from different backgrounds to me).

      Cons

My time was full of organizational changes that broke the division and team that I was a part of. I ended up working with people in the US which was less than ideal in terms of communication and difference in value of work/life balance. In general, I felt there were too many meetings, too many processes, and the company culture was very work-heavy/working late
