A lot to list- 1. Poor management and leaders from old acquired company's managers and Directors. They have created a cross-functional political ecosystem and doesn't allow anyone else to enter that ecosystem. 2. Favorism and biasing towards some specific origin people and close people for managers and Directors 3. Very bad HR team, just see majority of top rated reviews are from (fake) HR team members, practical average rating should be 3 to 3.5 star. 4. Poor decision making and frequent project changes. Somewhere lack of maturity in management decisions like project definition and schedule changes, budget/market estimation, layoffs and many more. 5. Some teams are really driven by the corporate goons, they force team members to follow their rules without bothering about employee policies and benefits. no one cares about corporate ethics.
