What are perks and other benefits like at Sodexo?

Large company perks like good health benefits, 401k, and lots of support from remote managers.

Huge company also means a LOT of HR cases. I feel like all I do if open and close petty HR cases

Good benefits and with the "premium pay" scale we pay better than any other food service company in our smallish town. Great opportunities for advancement, we are in almost every state, and 23 other countries that makes transferring to another unit is fairly easy.

In my unit at least, training can be spotty at best. There is a huge amount of training resources specifically designed for Sodexo food service segments online but finding the time to get any of it done during a shift is almost impossible.

It's contract company sometimes there are lots of opportunities and sometimes they lose contracts and there aren't a lot of jobs.
